I doubt they will make it anywhere near as powerful as it was before. I suspect they do something like extend the duration, or perhaps give it another benefit.

Well they have said they will "fix" it however there is no way to fix it for max juiced maps as the stacking buffs was just too good to be matched.
The very minimum change they need to add is buff timer refreshing when you kill a rare with same buff as you already have. The phys conversion buffs needs to not stack/be removed since those brick pure physical/impale builds. The echoist buff that makes you bounce back and forth when using movement skill needs to go and the sniper's mark(random mark) on hit is bricking builds that try not to pierce/chain/fork etc. Example: EA won't apply explosion stacks when arrow pierces/forks. They also could give a random extra buff for each rare killed to make it better than just using 1-2(if atlas passive node is specced) inspired learnings. |

They need to make it little stronger otherwise there is no point taking it over Inspired Learning.

They could finally just leave it dead, we've sacrificed god knows how many cool uniques over the years I can't really see why HH deserves better treatment than the rest.
We actually lost builds to do with many of the others lol all HH offered was godmode if you ran maps with enough rares it wasn't even good for how they try to distribute difficulty within the game. |
