Do atlas passive that block content take precedence over Kirac map device mods? If so if I will block metamorph and breach on atlas passive tree and play with “fortune” mod I will have roughly 20% chance of getting “good” stuff like delirium vs about 14%?
As a matter of fact, do atlas passive that increase chance of encountering given mechanic have influence on “fortune favors” mod at all? This changes announced look very fun, I have a mixed feeling about no balance changes. Kinda happy that no big nerf hammers. But also since everyone know what meta would be, the market is probably already decided!
