iGPU Problems on Vulkan and DX12
First of all, obviously i know an iGPU isn't enough to handle this game smoothly.
When I'm at my GFs Place I usually take my Laptop with me to watch some Streams together or sometimes play Games. Its nothing special, just an Ryzen 5 5500u which has integrated Vega 7 graphics. It can handle PoE with around 30-40 fps (not juiced maps, but still impressive tbh) on DirectX11. I thought it might be cool to squeeze some extra fps by turning on Vulkan, but textures load super slow or the game doesn't load up at all. Also the UI is super scuffed. Now with DirectX12 release I gave it another try. Same result, with this Renderer I can't even get in game, though im quite sure my CPU/iGPU can utilize Directx12 (don't know about Vulkan). I also have to manually change the config back to DX11 since I can't get in game after switching the settings. So im just curious if im missing something obvious for this to function on an iGPU or if my Setup is just too bad to use newer Renderer. It's just weird to me that the game doesn't even boot up. Little Update: After deleting the Shader Caches (CachedHLSLShaders) the Game actually boots up fine on DX12 and has a decent performance. But if I want to restart the Game its stuck before the Login screen in a loading screen (just 2 grinding gears and a black screen). When i close the game and delete the shader folder again it starts as usual and fully functions. Maybe its a bug loading the shaders and it will be fixed soon. :/
