How to Increase All attributes number on Crystallised Omniscience

I've seen the amulet with +19 to all attributes. Is there a catalyst that allows this to be increased or is it done some other way (such as corrupting it which I don't want to do) ? Using an Intrinsic catalyst like on Astramentis doesn't seem to work (or may I just need a ton of them)

the implicit can be increased with catalysts, yes.
your currently has 5%, which isnt enough to do anything. 20% catalysts, applied to a 16 amulet, would result in 19. |
