No Sacred Blossom from Ersi, Mother of Thorns with "Heart of the Grove" atlas passive

Extra Information: I have "Heart of the Grove" atlas passive for "Harvest Bosses in Areas always drop a Sacred Blossom".
I started a "Maze of the Minotaur" map and encountered a Harvest portal. I entered the portal and fought Ersi, Mother of Thorns. There was no Sacred Blossom on the ground. I'm using NeverSink-Strict Filter, but I did show all items on the ground and walked around to make sure the filter didn't hide it. No, I should have mentioned that. It was a "Maze of the Minotaur" that I had scoured and ran just to grab him for maven.
