Shaper Fragments gone upon opening shaper

Being lazy I only control click maps and fragments in the map device. When I did this with my shaper fragments(hydra, minotaur, etc) and opened the map, the extra fragments in the stack have disappeared. I do not remember the exact amount that I had but I know it was at least 3 hydra frags and 2 phoenix frags. But now after opening the shaper 1 time, all my frags are gone.
