Game crashing after metamorph craft

I was selling pieces to get a new one on the vendor (I did quite a few of them) and the last few I was doing a set of 5 metamorph pieces went to my inventory and if I got my mouse over them (without even clicking) it crashed the game instantly, can't even press or quick action to store in the stash.

So the only thing I found that could work was putting a potion in hand (for example) and then replacing it with the metamorph piece so I could get the metamorph piece in hand (couldn't drop them) so I store all of them on the stash and now for some reason 4 of them started working (I moused hover every single one to check) but I have 1 random metamorph piece that crashes my game.

Tried:
- restarting the PC
- changed quality settings
- switch to Vulcan

I had a similar issue but with a rogue Metamorph. I killed it and it dropped 2x samples then the same error box popped up and crashed the game. I was doing the Tower map would load up when going into the map but as soon as the 2x samples came on view of screen error crash.

I just dropped anything to do with Metamorph on the atlas skill tree after this not worth the hastle.

Same Situation!
Got metamorph piece from vendor recipe (sell 3 morph-pieces and got one new from vendor) => Fix please this bug! I even cannt open inventory!
