How can I cheaply improve on this death's oath build?

Spent around an ex and only have like 20c left over and looking for ways to improve that doesn't require me to get enlightens/empowers/etc. I use the shield swap to just race around and go back to bow ca on map bosses. I don't use the purity of elements as I need more survivability so I run determination. I know cluster is big improvement, but that's expensive and I'd have to remove points from my tree in order to get the stuff in the cluster.

What annoint should I do also?

I'm looking to do maps to get currency as this is the furthest I've been in the game. Haven't played in years so all the new delve, blight, heist, etc is new to me lol

I haven´t checked it deeply but I think you can make your passive tree a bit more effective (you can have some extra str/dex on ring or smth instead).

Other than that you should be leveling your gems and save some currency for an extra upgrade.
