Immortal Ambition - Build Help (mjölner coc arc ball lightning)

I have a question about my Build.

So I wanted to try the first time the key note Immortal Ambition. But I kinda have absolutly no es leech. Is there a way to make it work?

Or is it even worth trying to get this into my Build?

Any feedback about my Build would be cool, kinda need help to make it work.
