need help with my MF character(make it tier 10 viable or more comfortable on tier 6)

im trying the new MF meta and im struggling
im dying alot and also lack damage when it comes to rares specially beyond ones
can someone help my MF to be tier 10 viable(without HH
(i do bad dps to beyond rares and if im not fully stacked from in spired learnings i can brick)
and also fix my gems
