Played whole league but have not found "Altered Flesh" (extra crucible slot) yet.

Hi

I have not yet gotten the quest item that gives you another slot for the crucible so you got 3 slots for items.

I have been playing the whole league and got 1 lvl 94, 2 lvl 90 and a lvl 88, I got 113/118 bonus objectives complete and 80/118 awakening bonus complete.

What am I missing?? I have killed multiple bosses that spawns while doing scourge.

Random, I yet to get the third slot as well.
I am 110/118 and 88/118

Pray to RNGesus. I think I got mine after killing 5 bosses or so.

Think I've killed at least 20 :/

i've killed 50+ regular spawns. No drop
also Bought maps with Maps have X amount Scorge bosses, 250-300 bosses, No drop.

95, 94 and like 85+ without it.

There has to be some kind of bug that only certain accounts are affected by....

No, it is Random.
Some people get in 5 bosses, some get it in 500.
GGG likes it this way.

Kind of like Hideouts, I have yet to find the HO in Iceberg and I have run A LOT of them (like 300+)
I found the Alpine HO, in Moon Temple in 10 maps.
Go figure.
