Help with Ice Shot totem build ( Please :3 )

Hello everyone!

I have been playing Poe for a little bit and I have been trying to make my own ballista totem (previously range attack totem) builds and I have not been successful. I was wondering if someone could give me some feedback about my build to improve it.

I have seen a couple of builds with ballista totem that are great but I want to use Ice Shot. I tried to mimic some items from other IS builds and other totem builds but the DPS is not enough for bosses.

I am very happy with the clear speed of the build but I feel I am hitting a plateau with red maps and I was wondering if I could get some feedback :)

My main skill is Iceshot with totems for mapping and then I switch my faster attack gem for barrage for bosses. This was working wonderfully well until the red maps.
