Skill point bug?

Please let me know if I'm imagining things or if this is actually a bug, I completed a quest and received a skill point book which I used but never used the skill point, I then leveled up a few minutes later only to notice I only had 1 skill point so I typed /passives and it said I had 75 passive skills allocated, 61 from quests, 14 from quests.

I felt this was inaccurate so I actually went out my way and counted all the passives in my tree and it came to 74.

Am I missing count? although I am pretty sure my passive skill just disappeared.

Hahah I had to do it 4 times before realising, thanks for the response. I think I would have rather it be a bug than not being able to remember spending a point or being able to count properly lol.
