Help with Passive tree

I’m looking for help with a new attempt at Scourge with Shattering Steel Duelist. I did get the idea from a build from 3.15 but it was a Ranger. I am wondering if anyone had thought on what to focus on a Duelist? And why?
I pretty much have the skills to use for this but I’m very unsure what to do with the passive tree.
