Ice Spear Occultist - Trigger Rate

Hey folks, I'm tryng to switch my Ice Nova Assassin to Ice Spear Occultist, but I have some questions.
First of all: how can improve my trigger rate? If you look my pob, you can see the Trigger Rate is 5.20 and Effective Trigger Rate is 4.32. It's almost half of value of other players. But the Crit Chance is 100%. What I'm doing wrong?

it is a function of your hit rate and a cooldown CoC gives to the skill. So either you have too low hit rate, miss some increased cooldown recovery mods others have, or both.

also dont forget that there are cooldown breakpoints related to server tick rate, so search for these, so that you dont waste cooldown recovery mods.
