Zoning to an area causes game to hang on load screen

Zoning to an area often causes the game to hang at the loading screen.

After a few minutes it will revert me to the Login page and say "an unexpected disconnection occured" (or close to that).

I've crashed numerous times (hundreds) since 3.16 patch. Sometimes it takes me 2-3 tries to even get into my own hideout. Half of the people I purchase items from have to reinvite me 2+ times because I just can't make it into their hideout.

As you can imagine, with any loading having a high % chance to cause this, it happens constantly. Trading with another player, going into a map, coming out of a map, going to an Act hub.

Where can I go for technical support on this?

I am still getting these hanging load screens 25% of the time I zone anywhere (including into a portal from a map).

In a lengthy play session I might have 40 disconnects or more.
