The reworked numbing elixir has "40% reduced effect of non-damaging ailment during the effect of any life flask". This part has no effect.
Testing condition:
- Have two Numbing Elixir allocated (should be 80% reduced effect)
- Arragance + Herald of Ice to reserve life, un-activate HoI to make sure life pool is empty
- RF activated (so that life pool is not full)
- Self shock with a Vessel of Viktar (50% shock displayed as a debuff)
- Activate any life flask (rarity normal)
Result:
the shock effect is not reduced during life flask effect

Much appreciated. I've also tested this with Hybrid flasks (Mark said hybrid should be both life and mana) and it doesn't work either.

In the known issues post I see the following line:
"
Non-damaging ailments sometimes show the wrong value on players.
Could this be whats happening here, or do we know that this is also mechanically not working?
Might be possible to test with freeze to get a clear answer.
