Alt-Tab log out

every time i alt-tab my game it logs me out, this is really annoying. if its suppose to do this then there should really be an option to turn it off.

This only happens when I alt+Tab and have another program using the bandwidth at the same time....IE: Internet Explorer / iHeartRadio
What are you doing when you alt+Tab out? OS: WinXP SP2 32bit

err...ethernet cord connected to a wireless repeater. and 2 gigs of ram.

Connect it straight to the main router. That should end the disconnection issue.
...a 210ms latency(speculatory) spike can drop you like a hot rock, which can happen with Wireless frequently. Think this is a Server side packet death setting. OS: WinXP SP2 32bit

my latency should only be like 90-110ms (presuming the servers are on the west cost.) and i can't connect it directly. why does this only happen when i alt-tab?

Now keep in mind, I am having to speculate since I dont have eyes / hands on the system.
Resource Changes within the System having to do with the memory and power distribution. 2D - 3D when alt tabbing and back. IMO, Wireless is actually not truely recommended for GAMING due to inherent issues with signal strength. So, the Game already has a Memory Issue... OS: WinXP SP2 32bit

I also get the logout on alt+tab, very annoying. Wireless connection with very low ping (>60) and 8GB of RAM.

Alt+tab opening firefox = logout. Tested and do this all the time, nothing wrong with my isp. Worked fine until today.
