Some expedition encounter & vendor feedback

- the layout of maps shouldn't hinder the placement of explosives. Every time you make a league mechanic, it performs very badly in corridor-type maps - and you've done it again with expedition. Please fix so that objects like pillars, rocks, etc & elevation changes don't get in the way of placement

- put some kind of icons on expedition monoliths so that we can tell which one does what quickly without reading. Its nice that the immunities are in yellow and easy to see, it'd be much better if there was minimap icon or even block of color. Right now the whole mechanic is too much reading

- rog shouldn't offer the exact same crafting option again when you skip one. Makes no sense to spend double tokens to get the same option right after

- logbook drop is still abysmal after patch. I'm getting more blighted maps than logbooks even with blight having 10% spawn chance and expedition having 100%
