Yes... sadly the wiki has fallen into disrepair. For a while it was a great resource because of datamining script, but the maintainer of the datamining script disappeared, and it's nearly impossible to find enough manual contributors to keep up with a game with this many obscure details, so Wiki is practically frozen in patch 3.12 or 3.13 state :(

another question is why there is no wiki built into the game that will use the resources of the game (that is, they are updated instantly), in general, like the market and the dummy, and much more ...
