What's everything we know about Runic items and Ward?

Hey guys,
Let's share everything we know about runic items and ward.
I want to know everything about these things because I might create a build that utilizes ward. What are all the new runic base types, and what are their stats? Does anyone have a list? Anyone know of any runic unique items? Are there any other things like skills or jewels that interact with ward? Any way to lower ward's cooldown of 5 seconds? Any good ways to scale ward? Anything else you can share? Thanks a bunch!

best way to scale ward is make dodge/spell dodge life based build, ward gear should have life roll, hybrid life/ward roll and % ward roll
For other gear u should try scaling global defences modifier, it will scale your ward up
