Crash on alt tab, KERNALBASE.dll Error

When I alt tab the game and leave it for a while and alt tab back, it crashes and I receive an error in my windows event viewer stating the following

It seems like a kernelbase.dll problem, which from google search and the explanation of two people who understand a fair bit of windows and errors, it's a system level error, which in my case only happens with PoE. I have the most recent version of windows before the 21H1 Update (because the 21H1 Update damaged my previous SSD, and the SSDs of many other people online, It's a real issue caused by the update, that I'm unsure if it still is, but it makes me hesitant to try it, until I'm forced by Microsoft) and most recent driver version as well. My pc is a Ryzen 5 3600, 2060 SUPER, 16 GBs of DDR4 Ram and a 480 GBs SSD, the game in installed in it btw. This problem only happens when I play the game in Exclusive Full screen mode, not on borderless or on windowed.
