"Has # Influences" trade filter doesn't work with Max of 0

I'd expect "Has # Influences" with a maximum of 0 to return any items that don't have any influences, but it instead returns no items at all.

Stats can't have the value "0". Use the filter with an empty min/max in a NOT query to get the result you're looking for.
