If you continue doing this, GGG may take action against your account. Also you are not garenteed a reply from GGG here. I have looked at your video and it shows the same as GGG sale video. That sometimes the secondary effect "resets" and then comes again when you recast, so looks to be by design. Just getting back to you about this, so the visual effect is based on the Area of Effect on Blade Vortex, the more Area of Effect you have the move of the visuals you will see.
