Burning damage is a damage overtime type of damage which can not leech mana or life (or es), which contradicts the 2 leech types on the jewel.
2 leech types can not be combined due to 1 being spell leech and the other one is attack leech (You need to use both damage spells and attacks frequently to take advantage of it which is not viable in poe standards) (but for a note: you can convert life leech to es leech via Ghost Reaver keystone in the tree). "Increased damage" although is universal, for the same reason of being universal, has a lower % than specialized damage types (like increased fire damage etc.). Lastly "Critical Strike" affix funnels you to attacks and using dual weapons which is very restrictive node on its own and requires synergy of other affixia on the jewel to be viable (and usually strike chance affixia are not valuable as critical strike multiplier affixia). |
