Character randomly stops Attacking

My Character stops performing attacks randomly !
Detail : i dashed into a pack of trash mobs in order to kill them but my character stood in the middle and not being able to attack for 2 seconds ( it wasn't a stun ) because i could move the character without being interrupted .
A Friend of mine did notice this issue as well when he tried to perform an attack .

I'm not sure if someone reported this issue yet , hopefully the next patch fixes it.
