Summon Holy Relic MTX

Since getting the Exalted Holy Relic MTX I've noticed that bosses are taking longer than expected to go down. I did some tests between the MTX/No MTX on modless maps to test and it seems that the MTX is the issue. It seems like it's possibly interfering with the cooldown recovery from Divergent quality. I don't have a regular one to test with right now, so can't confirm.Is anyone else noticing similar?
