Info line for Essence Drain "jitters" when you move the mouse over the gem

With Essence Drain socketed in a Vaal Regalia, and linked to Swift Affliction, moving the mouse over the ED gem will make one of the info lines "jitter" side to side. The "jitter" is the whole line moving 1 to 2 pixels left or right.
The line that jitters depends on the gem level; - If ED is level 1, the Mana line jitters - If ED is level 20, the Level line jitters. I managed to reproduce this on two different Vaal Regalia (copy paste below) and a Carcas Jack. Changing Swift Affliction with either Greater or Lesser Multiple Projectiles also had this issue. I did not see the issue when socketed in a Crusader influenced Vaal Regalia, Shavron's Wrappings, a Hubris Circlet, or Kaltenhalt Painted Buckler (I stopped checking after these samples). I also did not see the issue when changing ED for Fireball or Wither. I did not see the issue when changing Swift Affliction for Void Manipulation, Greater Volley Support, Lesser Poison Support, Added Cold Damage, or Fork support (random sampling of supports) I removed the crafted Lightning Resist from the second Vaal Regalia to see if it was the crafted mod, the issue still presented. I saw the issue on both Direct X and Vulkan Here's some copy/paste of the items I saw it happen on, hopefully it helps you reproduce it. Essence Drain (L20)
