Can't Add last 4 Passive points of Central Atlas Tree.

Basically this is the problem, cant add last 4 Points in "Central Atlas Tree", i complet the 2 last Maven challanges (various times) the Breaches boss, and the last one with Atziry, Shaper, etc. Complet both, but i cant touch the centeral pillar to unblock Atlas and assign the points after the combat.
