Bug with Kitava's Thrist

Greetings.
I am trying to use Kitava's Thirst to tigger some spells when i use Domination Blow. After i using Domination Blow a lot of times gems socketed into Kitava's Thirst not trigger. I was trying to put Steelskin, Firestorm, Summon Flame Golem etc. but spells never triggered. Does not matter if gem socketed alone into Kitava's Thirst or several gems inserted. Does not matter is Domination Blow also socketed into Kitava's Thirst or socketed into other equipment. It NOT WORK! What i do wrong or it is bug?! Thanks. does your Domination blow skill cost at least 100 mana?

" " THERE IS NO something like "Skill must cost" or "spend 100 mana by one cast" in Kitava's Thrist's ingame description. It just says "after you spend 100 mana by skill". So looks like it is ingame documentation bug. GGG should learn to write clear and understandable descriptions instead confusing players. For future reference, effects which track Mana spent repeatedly are worded "<do a thing> after Spending a total of N Mana", see for example Forbidden Power and Inspiration Support. Kitava's Thirst doesn't use that wording, so you need to spend 100 Mana all in one go.
