How will the merge work with the Horticraft Station?

Been trying to get a straight answer to this for almost a week now. How will the merge happen if we have crafts in both leagues? Will it just allow 20/10 until you spend them, delete some crafts, or some other solution?

max 10. discard low level craft first.
