Abyss boss Ulaman is bugged in Abyssal depth tier 21 (level 89)

I've managed to spawn a tier 21 abyssal depth, but the boss (Ulaman) was bugged : any hit would freeze it.
I have some cold dmg on my Viper Strike, but certainly not enough to freeze a boss.  I guess this abyss was SO DEEP that even the boss freezes to death there !
