Divergent Skitterbots' quality possibly not working

I have the following Divergent Summon Skitterbots gem:



The important bit there is "Minions have 10% increased Effect of non-Damaging Ailments on Enemies" (quality).

However, when I hover over the skill on the character screen, the quality's effect is missing:



I'm not advanced enough to verify whether it's just a visual problem or the quality doesn't apply. With other gems, the quality is normally included on the character screen.
