Unearth (Phanstasmal) quality doesn't increase corpse life

I did some tests and looks like Unearth (Phanstasmal) quality doesn't increase corpse life (Although the increased corpse life on the passive tree do work)

Test methodology: AB testing on Unearth with/without level 4 Enhance. Using Detonate dead to damage monster in both cases and regen it back.

Result: Detonate do the same damage in both cases even with level 91 Unearth corpse on Blood Aqueduct (Act 9).

Also the level 91 Unearth corpse life looks similar to its base life 3 years ago [~34k life] (https://www.reddit.com/r/pathofexile/comments/7r0wun/unearth_experimentation_level_91_corpses_have) despite the new 30% life buff on 3.13 Ritual
