The infinite deadly ice explosion !

Hey there !
So I was carefully climbing up to my lvl100, thinking how all was going well so far and I would maybe reach my goal without dying once... Then I stumbled on this : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xBNlKkBHQqk (Thanks to Carou for uploading a video !) So I picked a choice of a Syndicate member, not sure if that's him who triggered it or some monster around, but an ice explosion started and I saw my life dropping hard, I just had time to move away. But after a few minutes, it was still going and when I tried to talk to the other member, I approached it and died instantly ! I guess it's some explosions stacked, maybe the "+2 chain to projectiles" mod is in cause. I'm really tanky with 8.6k health and 77@/88chaos res + Divine Flesh but.. Barely survived at the start of the thing, and now it just disintegrates everything :p RIP my EXP, hope it won't happen to someone else 'til fixed ! Quin69 had a stream on this and wasn't gonna mes with it until his chat voted him to try then he died in HC lol this was like 2-3 months ago or longer I forget but the bug has been present for quite some time.
