The Envoy in every map!

I have cleared hundreds of maps and keep having to listen to then Envoy over and over and over again. Some people are saying that the Maven story line is stuck by encountering her in a breach stone but I have never used a breach stone. I have attempted to use Maven but she is not interested in any of my maps.

I did that for a few dozen maps. got old quick. But 1st map I ran today he was right at the entrance telling me maven was in the map to fight then I got to fight the boss with Maven. seems like something got fixed. hoping that is over.
