Game crashe in maven fight

I was doing the maven fight, I died and the game closed, when I came back the portals disappeared .. I already lost two the maven's writ like that. what can I do?

Same, just finished The Forgotten invitation DCed at end and lost the 2 skill points for the Uncharted Realms. also lost watchstones and a couple of items.
