Gluttony Belt Life and mana on hit with attack mods don't have any tags

The mods should have not only life and mana respectively but also attack tags, as an example, the similar mod Eldritch: +(16–20) Life gained for each Enemy hit by your Attacks has the life and attack tags.

I always forget to report this, the value of the mods is already quite low for catalyst to not work here.

Also the minimum level of the belt is 8 instead of 48 since 1.12 I don't know if this is intended or not but this at least was undocumented on the patch notes.
