Act 5 Progession locking bug(PS4) Please Help

During the Kitava fight my power cut off, I loaded back into the game and can't re enter the boss room. My quest says go the cathedral rooftop which I have but the door isn't able to be opened, I even went back to get the quest item but it doesn't show up after opening the chest. Please help!
