impossible to connect to poe on my xbox

hi ,
i can't conncect to my profile on xbox .e
everytime i try to launch ,it write on the left bottom screen : impossible to connect to identification server.
i can launch other games with my profile.when i try to come back to poe : it's written : a restriction made you leave the group.please verify your xbox account.(i wasn't in a group)
i tried on the same xbox with my gf account , and i can play to poe ?
so what s going on with my own xbox account ???
i can access to my poe profile on microsoft services , can import my toon on pob , but i can't play.
why can't i play ? what's the deal ?
