Lightning Strike Crashes Game PS4

Hello there my shadow character GodCaster as I am running through the acts I keep constantly blue screen crashing as I attack with lightning strike. I have crashed about 5 times today and 4 times yesterday. It is time to report the problem please fix lighting strike is my main skill and I keep crashing while using it.
