[Xbox] Series X Crashes Constantly in one quest

Hi all,

When doing the quest "The Courier's Calling", on the Xbox Series X, the game crashes within seconds of arriving to Tikawara and interacting with the person I'm supposed to deliver the missive to. I have already successfully done the part of the quest in Port Maje, but there is no way for me to progress through the Tikawara portion. I have tried loading an earlier save, restarting the console, and changing some settings, but none of it has helped. Any advice?

This is either a hysterically funny misunderstanding, or a magnificent troll.

Those places you're talking about are in Pillars of Eternity, but this site is for Path of Exile (see the giant logo at the top?).
