Global Number Guessing

i know this isnt thre right place to post this, but i also know ggg checks here, my question is, if its against the rules for somone to clog global chat up with supid number guessing games to give away items/currency. i really dont like this happening, and it happens too often. im also going out on a limb and gonna guess they actually arent giving items away and are just doing it to troll chat. i would love a way to stop this from happening, such as reporting the player starting it, but idk what you could report them for
