Sirus bricking server connection

Twice now I've opened up a Sirus portal that has terrible connection to the server. Every 10s or so the game freezes and then plays catch up. Making it impossible to do the fight. Ontop of that after I get frustrated and just clear the instance with a new map, that shitty connection stays until I reset my entire console.
