Maven not droping Invitations

Had Maven witness 10 boss kills in valdos rest and even after running more maps in valdos rest I have not recieved an invitation. I have not completed any 10 boss fights because of this bug. Also, after having maven witness all four breachlords needed for the hidden fight the invitation did not drop. I am stuck and unable to progress.

Same for me except in Tirns End

For altas region's invitation: keep farming and may be drop from map of other region

for breachlord, keep farming breachlord according to GGG

Uncharted Realms invitations are random drops. You can farm the relevant areas (in this case Breachlord domains) without the Maven for the drop.
