Ping problem

The closest gateway to the game is Moscow. Ping has always been 60ms. Since the beginning of last month, ping has become about 100ms.

I'm not playing on Steam.
I don't use antivirus software, Windows Defender is disabled.
Wired connection - 50mb.
Only I use the Internet connection.
There are no other programs that can use the connection.
Other gateways work at the same speed as before, but only the Moscow gateway was suitable for me, since the other gateways were always more than 100ms.
There is no antivirus software on the computer, the Firewall is always disabled.
My connection is personal - home.
I have already checked all possible problems with the connection and the provider. The internet connection works as usual. There were no problems with other Internet resources.

I want to repeat it again.
For a comfortable game, only the Moscow gateway (60-70ms) was always suitable for me. The rest of the closest gateways, for example Europe, Frankfurt or Paris were always 100-110ms.
And now on ALL other gateways (Except Moscow) ping has not changed, namely on the Moscow gateway ping has become more than 90ms. I was hoping that over time the problem will go away, but so far the situation has not changed.
