Client Crashes 3.13.d - Should we make a new thread each patch?

Hi,
Still experiencing client crashes, either to desktop or causing computer to restart unexpectedly. Sometimes screen turns solid color, sometimes screen images go rainbow, sometimes just black. Happens on both DirectX and Vulcan. Should we just make one thread and update it each patch nothing changes or make new threads?
