Recipe is not dropping after 2 tries can someone tell me if this is a rng base drop or a bug?
I read a post from 2 years ago where the same thing was happening but did not see a GGG post. Last bumped on Feb 25, 2021, 11:07:57 AM

Worked for me. Are you sure you didn't miss it? For me it was always obscured by loot and I had to mess around a bit to see it.

Loot filter settings? Or is it impossible to filter out by accident?
