Was skeletal mage attack animation changed or general graphical overhaul?

I noticed my skeleton mage attacks look different now than it was a few months ago; just logged back in.

Could someone link me the patch note where it was changed or show me a youtube video that lists all the graphical overhaul that was done recently? Thanks! I just want to check them all out and see what's new in the game.

All I know is that their projectile speed was doubled. Their animation might've sped up too.
