Guild transaction has not be processed yet

Hi, a guild member has sent a transaction and it says it has been completed, and yet it is not shown in our guild points

Are you able to check with the leader of the guild that the guild point donation has been accepted? If the guild leader has accepted the point donation and the points still aren't showing up, please ask the guild leader to contact us at support@grindinggear.com and we can look into this further!

Hi, in this case I'm the guild leader I had indeed clicked accept, and it shows as a completed transaction on the history.
